What does 49 CFR 385.917 (Other orders unaffected; not exclusive remedy) require?

According to 49 CFR 385.917, if your motor carrier is subject to an order under this subpart and also becomes subject to any other FMCSA order, prohibition, or requirement, the new order does not replace, change, or cancel those other rules. Instead, it is added on top of them. Additionally, this subpart does not stop the FMCSA from taking separate enforcement action against you under 49 U.S.C. 13905 or 49 U.S.C. 31134 if you engage in other conduct that amounts to a willful failure to comply with applicable statutes, regulations, or FMCSA orders.
