According to 49 CFR 385.1015, if your motor carrier is subject to an order issued under this subpart, that order is in addition to—and does not amend or replace—any other FMCSA order, prohibition, or requirement that already applies to you or that you become subject to. Additionally, this subpart does not prevent the FMCSA from taking separate action against your carrier under 49 U.S.C. 13905 if you engage in other conduct that amounts to a willful failure to comply with applicable statutes, regulations, or FMCSA orders.
