According to 49 CFR 386.48, in cases involving a driver's physical qualifications, if you intend to rely on physicians' reports, test results, or other medical records at a hearing, you must serve copies of all those documents on all other parties at least 30 days before the hearing date.

If you do not serve these records within this timeframe, they will be excluded from evidence at the hearing, unless the FMCSA waives this requirement.
